About Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter (FoCCAS)

FoCCAS, founded in 2009, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which provides volunteers and fundraising to supplement the Colleton County Animal Shelter.  Donations are tax deductible. Proceeds and donations are used  for what is needed for the homeless animals at the shelter (bedding, food, medical treatment, etc).
